Redesign + Forum Points!

Hey everybody,
I've redesigned the forum and edited the main site a little bit. I've also updated some information.
One of the main features is forum points. You get 1 point for every new post you make and 3 points for every new topic (but in the employee forums it's 2pt/post and 5pt/topic).
These points can be spent on prizes in the future. You can also donate points to one another, more abuot that soon.
To kick you off I've given all employees 30 points!
